Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-CYFSHJ of Dec-12-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Wiping rags in use in back kitchen without sanitizer solution. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Closure Order complied with and now rescinded, premise may resume operation when ready. Back door entrance is closed, ensure door is kept closed to exclude pests. Ensure all wiping rags in use are stored in containers of 100 ppm chlorine solution sanitizer. Premise cleaning completed. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation in a consistent manner.
