Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CUM2FY of Aug-11-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher reads 0ppm chlorine. Final rinse water appears to have grey scum. Facility only has single use take out containers. Facility has large enough sinks to submerge dishes in sanitizer. Correction: Check and ensure both detergent and sanitizer are dispensing properly. Ensure Dishwasher reads 50-100ppm chlorine. Use sinks for dishwashing and sanitizing until dishwasher is fixed.

Follow up on Dishwasher: -Dishwasher tests 100ppm Chlorine -Dishwasher has some scum residue - ensure to fill and drain and clean out before next wash. -Pest control: minimal to no new droppings in dining and washrooms. -Ensure to drain water sources. -Clean all droppings and thoroughly bleach areas -Bleach all cleaning equipment before moving to another area. -Highly recommend speaking to building owner regarding issues in the building itself and ceiling. Hire pest control contractor.
