Observation: Food debris and build up observed in kitchen, walk in cooler and freezer. Clean floors, walls and racks to maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that hard to reach areas are thoroughly cleaned.

Observation: Glass ware washer measured 0 ppm chlorine residual. Repair glassware washer to achieve at least 50 ppm chlorine residual and use dishwasher in the meantime until fixed.

Comments

All coolers at 4 C or cooler. Walk in freezer measured at - 10 C. chlorine sanitizer available at > 100 ppm. Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towel.
Pest control in place. Dishwasher had final sanitizer rinse at > 50 ppm chlorine concentration (sanitizer jug changed during inspection).
Hand sink in kitchen leaking. Repair sink so hot water/faucet is in good working order.
Glassware being placed in ice ice in bar. Seperate ice being used for cooling glasses and ice for drinks, as this can be a physical hazard.
