Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler measured 12-14C, food probed were consistant with these temperatures. No temperature logs maintained

Observation: Grease build up under the three compartment sink and under food and equipment in the storage room
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean these areas removing all food debris, dirt and grease. Due: 1 week.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: (1)Walk in cooler at 12-14C, this MUST be able to maintain 4C or less at all times.
(2) Chest freezer lid broken and insulation behind it is exposed. **This is a repeat infraction**
(3) Seals around walk in cooler door and line cooler doors are broken or missing in places.
Corrective Action(s): (1)Adjust/repair unit so that it can maintain 4C or less. Do not use this unit it can maintain proper temperature, use the double door pop cooler at the front in the mean time for storage of potentially hazardous foods. Due: Immediately
(2) Replace underside of lid (entire freezer if necessary ) so that it is durable, easily cleanable and does not pose a risk to food. Due: 1 week
(3) Replace all seals that are broken or missing. Due: 1 week.
