Observation: Beige dolly mentioned in last inspections still in use, though only for dirty dishes and moving of boxes accoring to store manager. Several cracks still observed with food embeded in them. The food/grease in these cracks cannot be easily cleaned and can hardbour bad bacteria and serve as a pest attactant.
Corrective Action(s): New cart already ordered and is due to arrive within 1 week. Remove cart (or at least top shelf) and ensure all equipment remains durable and easily cleanable. Due: 1 week.

Note: A few mouse droppings observed around live trap near back door. Clean up and monitor daily for new activity, contact pest control company (monthly contract already in place) if more droppings are found.
General observations:

√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Products all labelled in cooler and good organization noted
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Three compartment sink stocked
√ All other equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ Thermometers present
√ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
√ Staff with FoodSafe (or equivalent) present.
