- Hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel available
- 200 ppm quats available in sanitizer buckets - changed at a frequency of 2 hours
- Walk-in freezer had a temperature of -18C or lower
- Walk-in cooler had a temperature of 4C or lower
- Walk in cooler has dedicated shelving for storing raw shell eggs in walk-in cooler
- Food storage practices were good
- High temperature dishwasher reached a temperature of 74C at plate surface
- All hot holding units were recorded to be over 60C
- No pests activity observed during the inspection
