No violations observed at time of inspection. All hand sinks stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold water All coolers at or below 4 C All freezers below -18 C Patty hot holding units were all > 60 C Gravy hot holding at 60 C Staff demonstrated proper manual dishwashing procedures Sanitizers were at 200 ppm Quats. Storage units were also inspected; cooler and freezers in use Cooler at 4 C, freezer at -20 C General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pests at time of inspection.
