Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed fried dumplings, lotus cakes and other pan fried food dishes were put in the hot holding display case. The display case door was missing. Internal temp of the foods were at ranged from 34-48 C.
Corrective Action(s): The foods were discarded during inspection. Ensure hot holding of food is maintained at least 60 C to prevent bacterial growth.

Observation: Observed a staff not washing hands properly. The staff did not use liquid soap and paper towel.

Observation: The display hot holding case door was missing and unable to hold temperature over 60 C.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the unit until a proper door is placed again to keep inside unit hot over 60 C. The door part had been already ordered. Contact the healh officer once the door part gets installed.
