Premise inspection following premise re-modelling. Premise layout constructed as per approved floor plan. Prior to re-opening the following items require correction: -BOH left 2 door freezer and 1 door cooler to be operational at -18 deg. C and 4 deg. C respectively -FOH undercounter cooler and nitro cooler to be operational at 4 deg. C -BOH - back wall above 3 comp sink to be equipped with additional wire storage shelving -Remove all leftover construction materials -Premise requires full cleaning to remove any remaining construction debris, all food contact surfaces to be sanitized. -right upright freezer -18 deg.
