-Follow-up inspection to January 27, 2023.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Staff in the back kitchen are no longer using gloves, unless necessary. Staff are practicing proper handwashing in place of reusing gloves.
-Bleach sanitizer containers were properly labelled and tested at 200ppm. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Raw meats were found properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any food items stored on the floor at the time of inspection.
-Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Sushi cooler is monitored by staff was at 4C. Staff have not had concerns with the cooler since it was serviced.
