Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Insufficient concentrations of sanitizing agent noted in cloth buckets and spray bottles. Test strips not easily located for testing purposes.
Corrective Action(s): Replace all cloth buckets and spray bottles with new sanitized water solution. Re-mount test strip container bucket such that the strips are accessible and visible to all staff. Ensure all staff know how to use concdentrate container and test strips. Minimum 200 ppm should be available at all times in solution. Ensure regular change over of solution in buckets.
