Corrective Action(s): Please addressing insulation falling off pipe behind oven. Monitor cream dispenser next to drive thru - if it does not return to 4C within an hour switch units until it can be addressed.

-Warmers were maintaining soups, chicken, eggs and potatoes at 60C or hotter
-Dishwasher final rinse reached 73C at the plate surface
-General sanitation is overall good
-Temperature logs are being maintained
