Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MFAD-BHEPSW of Oct-29-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No chlorine detected in final rinse of dishwasher. Sanitizer jug empty at glass washer. Correction: Use three compartment method for sanitizing dishware (poster provided), replace glass washer jug asap. You should purchase test strips to self monitor both the dishwasher and glass washer daily. Implement third compartment method immediately and adjust/repair both dish machines by Nov. 3, 2019.
