Walkin cooler requires thorough cleaning, cooling unit and fan covers have debris accumulations and mould like formations. Sanitation plan not in use, required records not maintained on site. Debris accumulations on ceiling to be cleaned. Clean glass door cooler fan area. Handwashing station not to be obstructed, sink full of containers and not available for hand hygiene. Discussed the use of cleaners / Detergents.
