-cupboard next to handsink paper towel dispenser
-on door handles of various cooler units
-around the 2 domestic style deep frier units
-various shelving throughout the facility
-cooler unit surfaces throughout the facility

Corrective Action(s): Conduct a deep clean of the facility and remove the grease build up.

-cardboard being used to line shelves in the walk-in cooler
-door sweep missing on back screen door
-deep frier on site without proper ventilation system
Corrective Action(s): Remove the cardboard lining shelves and the deep frier from the facility.

Observation: 2 door prep cooler found to be operating at 7 degrees C ambient temperature.
Cooler was empty.

=BOH handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Walk-in cooler (4C), large prep cooler (2C) and upright cooler (2C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright freezer (S: -20C, L: -17C) and chest freezer (-22C)
=2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method
=Sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100 ppm chlorine
=General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Staff hygiene was satisfactory at the time of inspection
