Observation: Dry foods (relish) stored on the floor beside chemical agents underneath the three compartment sink. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods are stored away from chemicals and six inches off the floor. Do not store foods underneath sinks.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths observed laying around throughout facility.
Corrective Action(s): Store in-use wiping cloths in a sanitizer solution.

Observation: Walk-in cooler has a water leak. Water pooling on the floor of the walk in cooler and outside the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler immediately. Ensure food in the walk in cooler is protected from contamination at all times. Do not use the foods (green peppers and mushrooms) that have fallen into the bucket of contaminated water.
Ensure water leaks are cleaned and dried continuously as moist conditions can lead to mold growth.

**Ensure staff are using clean aprons daily. Staff should know where to get clean aprons from and where to store dirty aprons for laundering.
There should also be a designated spot for dirty wiping cloths that require laundering.
