Routine: -Handsinks fully supplied hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -Dishwasher noted at 71 C at the plate -Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces -Coolers: <=4 C -Freezers: <= - 18 C -Hot held food noted: >= 60 C -No signs of pest activity noted during inspection NOTE: -Main kitchen decommissioned during renovations - ceiling and floor removed Oct 17, 2016. Small kitchen currently in use. -Estimated time of renovations are 2 months till completion. Equipment will remain the same - flooring and ceiling are being replaced -Food and equipment storage has been temporarily moved to small kitchen and extra pots/dishware to the corner of prayer area. Health permit replacement form and permit fee received and new permit and decal will be processed by Billing Dept.. Permit will be sent next week.
