Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - spray bottle and 3 comp sink.
Sandwich line cooler was below 4 deg C (internal temp of veggies, deli meat, tuna, etc.)
Hot holding for meatballs and sauce was above 60 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
No hot holding for soup was available at time of inspection.
Temperature log was available and up to date (paper based).
Walk-in freezer was at or below -18 deg C.

No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Ensure pest control monitoring in place
