306 corrected. Kitchen area - cleaning done underneath equipment and dishwashing area. Cleaning schedule available. Carpets in the dining area and book shelves has been thoroughly cleaned. Pest control visited the site to conduct extra inspection due to the complaint received. Pest control provided at time of inspection. New garbage disposal bin arriving today. This will help reduce number of flies and also deter other pests. Still outstanding: 305 - Weather stripping still to be replaced. Maintenance to install metal weather strip.
