Follow up inspection:
-Affected areas were cleaned to remove the rodent droppings.
-The operator has purchased a flash light as well.
-Food and utensils were contained in covered containers.
-A timer was in use to monitor 2 hours time that alfalfa sprouts are kept at room temperature before they are discarded.

Update the area E.H.O. about the pest control program within 1 week and provide copies of your pest control reports. Ensure a regular pest control program is implemented, regular cleaning is done, and you continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity. Keep the entrance/exit doors closed throughout the day. Use bleach water to sanitize prep. surfaces prior to use and continue to keep the food/utensils covered in containers with tight fitting lids.
