Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B3WV2J
-Sanitizer buckets noted with 100 - 200 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths. Cloths appear clean
-Sanitizer bottle noted "Bleach" at 200 ppm chlorine
-Other chemical (glass cleaner) bottle labeled "ammonia".
-Stored food is covered with lids/covers in coolers/freezers.
*Ensure food is not double stacked without a protective layer placed between bottom of one container and food
-Reviewed proper handwashing practices - signage provided (Punjabi version)
-Improvement in cleaning overall - some splatter still noted on work surfaces with heavy use.
-Grease trap has been cleaned out and no longer appears to be overflowing
*Ensure grease trap is cleaned out at a minimum of every 6 months or earlier if recommended by service company
-Raw wood pieces have been replaced with red painted and sealed wood piece - no concerns noted. Ensure this wood is cleaned and sanitized regularly like other surfaces.
-Reviewed use of dishwashing racks for samosa prep - racks must be washed in dishwasher after every use and lined with wax paper
-Fire suppression system has been serviced and tag updated
