Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cheese & Pepperoni stick stored in room temperature. No approval has been given to have this item stored in room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): All baked goods are delivered from the Richmond 7-Eleven bakery store and the left-overs are disposed by the end of the day as per the operator. Store pepperoni sticks in cooler at 4C or below.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No sanitizer and dishwashing (3 compartment) sink being in use. There is no drain plug available for the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s):
- Equip a sanitizer (200ppm QUAT or 100ppm bleach water) and drain plugs. Ensure to follow wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry procedure for cleaning food equipment/tools (pans, tongs, coffee pots etc.). Immediately stop the coffee service until this issue has been corrected.
