Comments

Cleaning under the small oven, ice machine and floor of walk-in freezer has mainly been done. Some more work under the shelving units of walk-in freezer is needed as indicated to manager onsite. Duct tape has been removed from ice machine and frame of the ice machine has been ordered to be replaced. Cup holder rings is also expected to be delivered and staff is aware to clean the fallen debris in the cabinet before putting on the cup holders. Manager's foodsafe is within expiry date.
