- All handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - All coolers - walk-in cooler, sandwich prep cooler, drinks cooler and undercounter cooler are measured at less than 4C - Walk in freezer is less than -18C - Hot holding units for soups and meat balls are greater than 60C - Sanitizer solution at the three compartment sink dispenser and in buckets is measured at greater than 200ppm quats concentration - No pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - Food storage practices are satisfactory, all stored food is dated and timed - Temperature records are well maintained and available for review - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: Invoice for the permit fee is hand delivered.
