Observation: 1 dead mouse found in mechanical trap in the kitchen under the dry storage counter (next to the wok)
Rodent droppings noted in the following areas;
-under the counter next to the dishwasher, and in the corner
-under the dry storage shelves
-on top of the upright freezer in the back of house
-front of house under counter shelves (near paper/receipt bags)
Corrective Action(s): Have pest control service the unit. Follow all recommendations of the company
clean and sanitize the areas noted above with the rodent droppings. Clean areas with rodent droppings as soon as they are found

-behind the shovel in the washroom
-behind the new prep cooler

Observation: 2 open cans of sauce noted in the mini cooler. also noted single use plastic spoon being used for dispensing spices.
Corrective Action(s): After opening metal cans, ensure that contents are emptied into a food container. Do not re-use metal cans.
