> Noted proper hand hygiene practiced by staff.
> 3 compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. Sink plugs in use.
> 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available. Test strips on site to verify.
> All stored food items are covered and labelled.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation is satisfactory.
***Please ensure to minimize the amount of food debris that is generated throughout service while preparing pizzas (toppings, cornmeal).
> Pizza oven is deep cleaned and sanitized approx. every 2 weeks.

Note: health permit posted on site is a faxed copy of the original Permit to Operate. Faxed copy does not clearly display the Fraser Health decal in order to verify if the permit is valid. Staff on site informed that all original copies of the Permits for each location are kept at head office, while faxed copies are issued to storefronts. This will be discussed with the store supervisor.
