Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods (cut vegetables, bacon, cheese) stored at room temperatuare do not have proper time stamps. Approximately 4 hours have passed since the opening, thus noted foods were discarded at the time of inspection.
