Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. One of the sanitizer spray bottle was noted with no detectable QUAT.
2. Food soil noted on the wall mounted potato slicer device.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Manager discarded the spray bottle and refilled it at the wall-mounted QUAT dispenser. 400 PPM QUAT detected after the spray bottle was refilled.
2. Manager started cleaning the potato slicer device during the inspection after this was pointed out. Device must be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after every use.

- Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All refrigeration units were holding food at 4.0C or below.
- All freezer units were holding food at -18.0C or below.
- Hot hold units were holding food above 60.0C.
- Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
- No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
- Manager's FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate still valid (expires May 23, 2025).
