Observation: Cooking equipment added to kitchen is not shown on floor plan previously submitted to FHA. There is grease accumulaton on the wall near the cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Provide updated floor plan to Fraser Health for review showing cooking equipment and proposed exhaust (and submit to City as required). Consider temporarily changing your menu to reduce the potential for grease laden vapours. Keep walls clean.

Observation: Some improvements noted. Licenced pest control has been consulted. Mouse droppings found on floor of kitchen (across from walk in cooler) near monitoring trap.
Corrective Action(s): Premises is to be free of pests. Continue with keeping door closed so pests may not enter, sealing holes, cleaning, licenced pest control, and daily monitoring. Provide a copy of your latest pest report to Fraser Health.

Observation: Food, dirt, mouse droppings noted on floor in hard to reach areas. Walls and ceilings appear to have grease accumulation, especially wall around cooking grill and behind oven.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean kitchen, including walls, ceiling, and floor. Walls are to be kept clean with no grease accumulation. As discussed, limiting menu will help to reduce grease laden vapours.
