Met with store Manager- on site. - dishwashing area - clean and well organized - Thank you - quat measured at 200ppm - test strips are available - hot holding unit for lunch time set up and the temperature of the water /plate level is above 60C suggestion: clean the female washroom door ( done at the time of inspection ) clean around the parking area surrounding your facility ( power wash sidewalk monthly ) clean around the garbage area
