- Re-design is done, no more meat grinding at the facility, only bread and Kebab with rice in rice cooker. -Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory ( <4 oC and <-18 oC respectively) -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sink - Bleach solution is in spray bottle -General sanitation is improved- continue routine cleaning/sanitation to maintain the facility at satisfactory level -Personal hygiene is improved- good -3 comp sink is for dishwashing and two compartment sink for handwashing and food prep ** Discussed fruit/house flies issues in the back, the strips to be away from food equipment, light traps is there. ** Staff washroom door: to be addressed.
