* Dishwasher final rinse was found to be 74'C/165'F or hotter internally
* Food was covered in storage; reminded staff to reorganize coolers, etc., to ensure food properly stored (eg. raw meats on bottom shelves, etc)
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Menu still same; discussed food safe level 1 renewal for this year
* Note: some cleaning/reorganization in kitchen and bar
* Note: freezer in dining area to be moved in kitchen; also, ice machine requires cleaning around filter regularly
