Corrective Action(s): Required operator to provide adequate covers for all foods before stacking them. Adequate covers were provided for all items noted at the time of inspection

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed rodent droppings in the corner of storage room, seem to be old but was unable to confirm if activity is current.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean the area and sanitize. Regular cleaning and monitoring is required to ensure there are no current activities. Area was cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection
