Corrective Action(s): As discussed, you cannot use the stove without adequate exhaust ventilation. Remove the stove from the premises as it is not required for the operation of your business.

Comments

General Comments:
Store has been renovated and new equipment purchased. No major changes.
There are 2 upright display coolers in the store, and 2 upright display freezers; 1 glass display cooler beside the checkout counter; 2 chest freezers in the back and 1 walk-in cooler.
All coolers were below 4 degC; all freezers were below -18 degC
The hand sink was fully equipped; 2-compartment sink is available for dishwashing.
100-200ppm bleach solution was available for sanitizing.
As discussed, you cannot prepare any ready to eat foods in the store e.g. Baklava. You need to apply for an Operating Permit if you'd like to start making ready to eat foods. Please contact me if you'd like to apply for an operating permit so we can go over the requirements.
