Ensure handsinks, both in prep area and in employee washroom are cleaned and sanitized daily or more, depending on use. Quats dispensing at 200 ppm. Make sure the spray bottle is changed on a regular interval to ensure contents maintain 200 ppm at all times. **Recommend the lids to the prep table stay closed as often as possible to ensure unit doesn't work too hard and food inside keeps 4 C or less at all times.
