301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Buildup of black debris/mould was still evident inside the ice machine. Staff informed that they have drained it today and would clean and sanitize it today to maintain it in a clean condition. Corrective Action(s): Drain the ice and clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine in accordance with the manufacturer's cleaning directions to remove the build-up and maintain it in a clean condition; Correct today & prior to reuse for ice production.
