Corrective Action(s): Cleaning up stairs seems to have been done, continue to work on cleaning in the hard to reach areas of the main floor (i.e. under and behind shelving units and coolers). CORRECT: 1 week. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: A temporary fix of a cutting board as been place over worn counter top, cupboard under sink and in corner unit are still heavily worn and require repair. Corrective Action(s): Have counter and cupboards repaired or replaced with permanent fixes that are durable, easily to clean, and made of food grade materials. Cutting board is only temporary as food and liquids and build up underneath in section which has been cut out. CORRECT: 2 months. Call when completed. Violation Score: 3
