Follow-Up -Violations noted on report #ZDER-AV2TZ4 have be corrected. -CORRECTION ORDER has been rescinded -Pest infestation appears to be controlled - New pest control company (Star Pest Control) has been brought in. Technician will be on-site weekly until pest activity has been completely controlled. -Last pest control service - Jan 16, 2018. *follow all pest control tech. recommendations -All food and supplies are no longer stored on lower shelves. All floors are clear of debris allowing for easy pest monitoring and cleaning. **Small amount of droppings noted in corner under shelving next to walk in cooler door. Clean up any remaining droppings and inform pest control tech of any further activity -All possible entry points have been sealed: between walk in cooler and freezer and walls, around janitor slop sink, under 3 comp sink. -Keep up the hard work.
