Observation: 1) Bags of wraps/pita stored above the green bin.
2) Containers of raw grass stored on storage shelves, with a side touching the wall.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that these items are stored in a proper manner to avoid contamination. Facility should come up with a solution regarding the method/location of grass storage.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Yogurt in ice bin at 4.2'C.
NOTE: Ensure to keep ice on both sides of the yogurt container, not just one side.
-Ice scoop stored in proper manner. Ice cream scoops stored in a properly functioning dipper well.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-200ppm QUAT available in a labelled spray bottle and in 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing.
-General sanitation satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
