CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Staff made sanitizer solution upon direction of EHO . Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution is to be made available throughout the day. Make the sanitizer solution at the START of the day prior to any food handling. Facility has rodent infestation and sanitizer solution needs to be available to wipe down surfaces. . Rodent droppings throughout - Specifically under all metal storage racks and next to hot water tank Rodent carcass observed in corner next to mop sink. Lack of adequate number of traps. . Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area. Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes. Obtain services of professional pest control company. Have traps set - MORE TRAPS REQUIRED!
