Follow up inspection:
-Operator contacted the district Environmental Health Officer after they had a plumber replace the previous hot water tank with another hot water tank with greater capacity on a weekday when the restaurant is closed.
-Dishwasher was filled up during the inspection by the Operator.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 76 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
-Handsink in the kitchen and 2-compartment sink were supplied with hot and cold running water (hot water temperature measured above 50 degrees C at the time of inspection).
-Both handsinks in the front service area and both handsinks in the washrooms were supplied with hot and cold running water (hot water temperatures measured above 45 degrees C).
-It was reviewed that hot running water must be accessible from all the handsinks and 2-compartment sink at all times during operation.
