Comments

Walk-in cooler pipe was unblocked and condenser is no longer dripping water. Handsink faucet also replaced so there is no more leak when tap water is turned on. Rice was properly cooled down at time of inspection. No improper thawing of food noted. Exhaust hood has been serviced and floor cleaned. ->Reminded staff to return wiping clothes to sanitizer between uses. ->Reminded operator to cover food when not in use in the walk-in cooler. Wipe down on the racks in the walk-in cooler. Cardboards removed.
