Routine inspection: Laser hair removal: IPL machine equipped with an emergency on/off button. Hand pieces to be disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide wipes. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Treatment bed linen sheet and towels single use. Laundry services to be done onsite separate from personal items. Razors disposed of into sharps container. Cotton pads, gauze, gloves, wooden spatulas to apply gel, etc. single use. Client goggles are completely opaque and disinfected in provided soaking tray with PREempt CS20 solution. PREempt CS20 solution expiry November 2, 2024. Treatment room provided with a hand sink. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use. Laser warning sign in place. No mirrors in treatment room. Facials: Comedone extractor and tweezers disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution. Cotton, gauze, etc. single use. Hydrafacial solution is single use. Hydrafacial hand pieces are non invasive and disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Linen sheet and towel changed after each client.
