Kitchen: General sanitation - satisfactory. Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water, & liquid soap. Note: Provide paper towels.(Corrected at the time of inspection). Dishwasher at 50 ppm of Chlorine after final rinse. Walk-in and chest freezers - satisfactory. 2-door cooler was at 3.8 C. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection. Surface Bleach sanitizer solution available (at 100 ppm). Dry storage area - organized. Washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: Insert thermometers have been delivered for the event (available now).
