-Sandwiches in the display case are discarded at the end of the night. They are for display purposes only.
-Manager on duty has FS level 1 equivalent.
-No items are being stored directly in front of the carbonation tanks. Carbonated drinks are no longer being served and the unit is broken anyway. The tanks will be removed from the premises soon.
