-General sanitation is good.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Display cooler was at 3.4C.
-Upright freezer (customer area) at -20C.
-Front novelty freezer at -24C.
-Upright freezer (at the back storage area) at -18C.
-F'Real freezer - satisfactory.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washrooms clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.

Note: Staff are currently not baking/cooking foods in the facility and have not baked or cooked any foods for immediate consumption since the previous inspection.The oven has been removed from the facility. Please contact the Health Department to change the status of the facility, if potentially hazardous foods will no longer be cooked/baked at the facility.
