Observation: Facility has not had deep cleaning since New Year's Eve party.
The bar has drink residue and is sticky in various places.
The beverage holster and dispensing units require cleaning and sanitizing on both sides of the bar.
Shelves and counters require cleaning throughout as drink spills have occurred.

- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Glasswasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 12.5ppm Iodine at the glass
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
