ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Facility has been cleaned and organized
- Containers have been cleaned
- Inside of ice machine has been dumped of ice and cleaned and sanitized
- Cooler seals have been replaced - EXCELLENT
- According to staff facility is now renting a reefer truck until such time as cold storage vehicle can be purchased for transport of potentially hazardous food between locations - EXCELLENT
- Painting inside of walk-in cooler unit
- Cooler unit in noodle making area has been repaired. Now capable of maintaining 4 degrees Celsius. Potentially hazardous food items may return to unit
- No observations of chicken at deep frying units at time of inspection. Discussion on obtaining cold storage unit for area. No ice baths permitted. Suggestion made to reposition deep frying units.
