Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer unit at -18C.
Hot holding units above 60C.
hand washing station satisfactory.
2-compartment sink satisfactory.
Chlorine (bleach) used as sanitized. Ensure wooden bakery table is properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation satisfactory.
Potentially hazardous foods (bakery products) stored at room temperature and time track. Ensure the time expired products are removed from sale prior to placing new items on display. Also, ensure to monitor the expiry time for each product closely.
