Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected. -Front hand sink is now repaired. Both facets working. -Staff observed washing their hands adequately before commencing work. -Front cooler now at 4C and below with proper inserts and lids in use. -Proper cooling and cold holding for all potentially hazardous food storage at 4C and below. -Front of the house sanitizer bucket in use with 200 ppm chlorine solution - good. -Food now protected from contamination with proper lids and containers. Flour container now is food grade. -Staff on site now is FS1 certified from 2020. -Back pineapple wood shelf has been repaired. Facility in compliance.
